Another Close Call Averted

Oh.  Just remembered Nother goody!

Your dad and I were out on a Saturday night on a beer tour getting drunk(shocker).  At the end of the night we were hungry and we went into waterloo to Big Johns to get a sub.  We had my Capri car.  We then left and headed back to St.Jacobs to drop your dad off.  We drove down Northfield and this was before the over pass was installed.  

We came to the lights to turn left onto hyw 85 to go to St.Jacobs.  

Apparently I fell asleep at the wheel at the lights.  Your dad was asleep also.  I was awakened by a cab driver knocking on my window.  Apparently there was an inch of snow on my windshield also. I then apparently got agitated and wanted to fight the cab driver.  By this time your dad was awake.  He must have calmed me down.  We then saw a fellow we knew from high school called Nick Sherburn and he was hitch hiking back to Conestoga. I guess he saw what was going on and declined our offer to give him a ride. 

Then in our amazing wisdom I waited til the light turned red and then took off and turned left towards St.Jacobs and safely dropped off your dad.  

Another close call averted!!
